Brasserie Margot

Brasserie Margot offers a contemporary twist on a classic French Brasserie, where French tradition takes a modern turn, blending the timeless elegance of a Parisian brasserie with Atlanta’s unmistakable charisma. Nestled in the heart of Midtown at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, reimagined classics, inventive cocktails, and a warm and intimate atmosphere make every meal an experience. With Executive Chef Jon Novak at the helm of the kitchen, the menu breathes fresh life into French staples. Expect dishes like steak frites, bouillabaisse, and foie gras, elevated with Novak’s creative approach that balances tradition with unexpected twists. Pastry Chef Eric Snow brings his artistry to life with his freshly crafted breads and pastries, each made with care and expertise. Meticulously crafted and irresistibly delicious, his creations are a testament to his passion and skill. From perfectly flaky croissants to baguettes created from a bespoke green apple starter and paired with French-style butter from Atlanta’s own Banner Butter, the offerings are a reason to visit in their own right. Mornings feature a grab-and-go bakery with gourmet pastries and custom coffee blends from Rev Coffee Roaster, while evenings bring dramatic tableside desserts like Crêpes Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier.

The bar program, led by award-winning mixologist and General Manager Ashish Sharma, is equally impressive. Signature cocktails like the Louvre Sour—featuring a delicate mosaic of the Mona Lisa—or the smoky Clay Pot Negroni add a sense of artistry to every sip. Paired with an extensive wine list emphasizing French and sustainable producers along with selections from multi-generational and woman-owned vineyards, each drink feels perfectly in step with the menu.

Designed by the renowned Smith Hanes Studio, the ambience whispers instead of shouts, exuding a sexy, whimsical allure and poised sophistication. Muted tones, warm layered textures, and moody lighting evoke a sense of understated glamour, while subtle design touches—plush banquettes, rich wood accents, a deep color palette, and hints of gold—lend a sense of familiarity, striking the perfect balance between Parisian chic  and Atlanta swagger.

Brasserie Margot is as versatile as it is memorable. Whether it’s a morning coffee and pastry, a celebratory dinner, or a late-night Negroni at the bar, every visit offers a chance to indulge in a moment worth savoring. This is French dining for today—elegant, approachable, and undeniably captivating.
